Checklist
- Map current classification to EEI model
- Identify gaps and required changes to all documentation across ElectraNet
- Investigate system fields in IMS to understand if updates are required
- Train investigators and all leaders classifying incidents across ElectraNet with significant change management required.
- Review first 6 months of classified incidents to understand if improvements are embedded.
Update guidance to contractors on updated incident investigation guidelines. Understand if changes to HSE contract clauses or S and S Standards are required to embed change.
